Who this covers

This policy describes StudySheets, the site for UK maths worksheets. It covers parents and other adults who browse, create an account, or download a sheet. We do not offer child accounts, and we do not collect a child’s name.

What we store

• Your email address and the login details needed to sign you in.
• The worksheets you create or save, including the questions on a published sheet.
• A record each time you create a sheet or download a PDF, so free monthly limits can be applied.
• A report, if you flag a worksheet, including the reason you chose and which sheet it refers to.

The name line on a printed sheet is blank. Anything you write there stays on the paper. It is not sent back to StudySheets.

Why we store it

We use this information to run your account, show your saved worksheets, publish a sheet to the library, count free-account use, and review a sheet that has been reported. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

Signing in sets a cookie so you stay logged in. That cookie is required for the account. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Who else sees it

A published worksheet, including its questions, can be browsed by anyone. The PDF is only available to someone who is logged in. Your email address is not shown on the site. Account data is stored with our authentication and database provider so the service can run. A model may draft the questions on a new sheet; the answers are then checked in our own code.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, saved sheets, and usage records while the account exists, because those records are what enforce the free limits and fill My worksheets. A published worksheet can remain in the library after you stop using it, because other people may already rely on that sheet. Reports are kept until they have been reviewed.

Your choices

You can browse without an account. You can remove a sheet from My worksheets, which deletes your saved copy and does not delete the public sheet. You can log out at any time, which ends the session cookie in that browser.
